1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App; not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; and not to use the App in any unlawful way or in a way that could damage or impair it. These restrictions do not apply where prohibited by applicable law or where permitted by the license of an open-source component included in the App.
3. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, artwork, sounds, and the name “Fill the Plane”, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
4. No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
6. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any notice or consent requirements under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
